Corners of Sanctuary formed in Philadelphia in 2011. The band currently tours nationally and has performed with many notable bands including Saxon, Stryper, U.D.O., Butcher Babies, Tim “Ripper” Owens, Grim Reaper, Judas Priestess, Bulletboys, Anvil, Tracii Guns, Britny Fox, Blaze Bayley, Sponge, Janet Gardner, the Iron Maidens, Tantric, Joey Belladonna (Anthrax) and Saving Abel among many others. Corners of Sanctuary's latest full-length album, the critically acclaimed "The Galloping Hordes," was produced by Mick Michaels and mastered by legendary LA producer Bill Metoyer (Slayer, W.A.S.P., Armored Saint, Fates Warning), and released on Killer Metal Records in 2018 while the band was in Europe touring. “The Galloping Hordes” was named “Best Album of the Year” in February 2019 by Rockwired Magazine (USA) Readers’ Poll along with Corners of Sanctuary being voted “Best Band of the Year.” The band is currently working on their next album, “Heroes Never Die,” slated to release sometime in 2020.
