GHS Strings Return Policy
At GHS Strings, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our instrument strings.
Return Window
- 14 days from delivery date – You may return any item for any reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
- 30 days from delivery date – You may return any item for quality issues (defective, damaged, or not as described)
All time periods begin on the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation.
Return Conditions
- Any-reason returns (within 14 days) must be unopened and in original factory-sealed packaging
- Quality-issue returns (within 30 days) We may ask you to provide photos of the issue before approving the return
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (except for approved quality issues)
How to Start a Return

- Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back
Refunds
- All approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the item arrives at our warehouse
