GHS Strings Return Policy

At GHS Strings, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our instrument strings. 

Return Window

  • 14 days from delivery date – You may return any item for any reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
  • 30 days from delivery date – You may return any item for quality issues (defective, damaged, or not as described)

All time periods begin on the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation.

Return Conditions

  • Any-reason returns (within 14 days) must be unopened and in original factory-sealed packaging
  • Quality-issue returns (within 30 days) We may ask you to provide photos of the issue before approving the return
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (except for approved quality issues)

How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your order number (required)
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back

Refunds

  • All approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the item arrives at our warehouse
