It’s every parent’s dream for their child to get a job straight after graduating college and it’s no secret that in the music industry, both are nearly impossible (especially in that order).
Enter Jamie Hamburg, a 23-year-old rising star guitarist, producer, and engineer. Hailing from New York State and graduating from the Berklee College of Music, talent and serendipity took Jamie on a cross country journey with recording artist Emma Charles as they opened for renowned singer/songwriter Howie Day and One Tree Hill star Tyler Hilton respectively.
Ultimately, that journey landed Jamie in the City of Angels where he found the next phase of his musical career working with legendary producers, mastering engineers and speaker designers such as Bruce Robb, Steve Hoffman and Bill Dudleston.
Presently, Jamie is Head Engineer and Guitarist for Hammond Organ Artist Emiko and her production company, Tiny Cactus Productions, and the two have wrapped production on her first single of 2020 as well as engineering and performing guitar on a forthcoming feature film. Upcoming projects include concert dates as well as soundtrack work.
