Miguel Juarez is an accidental guitar hero and international underdog. Having had no formal musical training, Miguel has been a session musician since 2004 throughout high school and college in The Philippines, the US Army, while working as a Tagalog linguist in Qatar, and multiple odd jobs before establishing Miguel Juarez Music, LLC in 2019. He has since been endorsed by PRS Guitars as a PRS Pulse Artist in 2021, and by GHS Strings in 2022.
Miguel Juarez’ original work can be heard on his solo albums “Music” (2020), “Love Songg’s & Blues Tuens” (2020), and “Live and Acoustic at Spinnaker Studios” (2021); Philippine rock group “karne” self-titled album “karne” (2010); Columbus based hip-hop/soul group “ATM” albums “No Withdrawals”(2014) and “Saying Goodbye At The Beach And Having To Share The Ride Back Can Be Awkward And Unromantic” (2017); and Georgia/Nasville based alternative/RnB group “The Movemeant Band” EP “Movement” (2021). Miguel Juarez’ jazz group “Bolera” released an online collaboration album “Jazz Affair” (2022).
Miguel Juarez’ guitar work can also be heard on his collaborations with producers such as Drumdummie, TnTXD, and Yung Tago on songs by artists such as Fredo Bang, Wallei The Sensei, Yungeen Ace, OMB Peezy, Lil Poppa, Rellikay, among others.
Miguel Juarez is currently based in Columbus, Ga and performs for Breezin’ Entertainment and Sunday services at Word Of Life Family Center.
