I Purchased the Exposed Core strings for A 4 String Bass That A Store Here In Lawton Had But 2 of The String In The Package Were Dead/Very Dull Not Brite Like E And D String The A And G Were Where Dull Like They Had Benn Used So To Make This Shorter I Going To Order These String Straight from you Guys And Hope This Will Be A Great Experience For Me Thank You Guys So Much For What Your Doing God Bless Ya And Thanks For Your Time.
I have an Ibanez 32" scale bass, two pegs per side. E string is exactly 36.5" from where the ball rests to the peg slot but the G string is a half inch shorter so I'd need a medium scale version there/ Do you sell custom sets?
Hi, thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately we do not offer custom strings in the contact core sets. I think the most important factor with this bass is the winding length. You would need to know what the bass requires first.
Can I use this strings on a 34 scale bass?
Hi Yosafat, thanks for the message. You can definitely use these strings on a 34" scale bass.
Would these strings work on the Strandberg Boden Bass?
Hi Richard, these should work just fine for the .strandberg Boden bass. Only thing to consider is to make sure you get the appropriate lengths; the Boden 5 may require 38" winding length for the bottom string(s).
Will these work for a short scale bass Gibson EB-0
Hi Nathan, short answer is no. These strings are too long for your EB-0 to fit properly around the tuning posts.
