Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road Inspire Next Generation

Music is storytelling. Passed down from generation to generation, music is a time honored tradition. This is greatly apparent in the bluegrass world.

It was at the 2016 International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) that GHS Artist, Lorraine Jordan and Carolina Road, helped to lead the 2016 Youth Jam, called Kids Camp 1. Made up of over a dozen young musicians with some old pros, this group got to sing songs new and old, all the while sharing those stories.

GHS Strings was extremely proud to provide many of these musicians with sets of strings. When asked, Jordan said "Bluegrass is in good hands with the future generation, and the next generation is in good hands with GHS Strings."
